Possible "missile deployment" site reported in downtown Isfahan. Isfahan is reportedly the site of Iran's largest ballistic missile production facility, built with North Korean assistance. According to GlobalSecurity.org, the Isfahan missile complex was involved in the production of Scud-B and Scud-C surface-to-surface missiles by assembling components purchased in North Korea and China, as well as other research and development activities.
Underground bunkers located within the nearby Haftom-e-Tir Industrial Complex, which manufactures centrifuge components, may also be used to store high explosives, propellants, and other missile parts.
